What is the purpose of pelvic PT?

Pelvic pain and dysfunction, including incontinence, constipation, and sexual dysfunction, are all too common in women, but often neglected in the continuum of care. Women may say that it is "normal," and is the typical path after having children. Well, just because it is common does not make it normal! Pelvic therapy can address these issues so that you can feel empowered to take back control over your body and enjoy life. Therapy services will be delivered with the convenience and in the comfort of your own home with specific and effective exercises. No more worrying about driving to another office to wait in the front room until it is your turn!

Avoiding the typical insurance pathway allows for extra individualized time to be spent with each client, without time or treatment limitations often found in the clinical world. You can get the care you need at the times that work best for you.

Do you only do Pelvic Floor Therapy?

No! I am also very skilled as an orthopedic physical therapist, and can help with neck/headache, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle pain. I also enjoy working with people on improving dynamic balance, and return to sport. I basically treat everything except for TMJ dysfunction and pediatrics.

Fees

Therapy is provided as a fee-for-service. Insurance will not billed through these services, but a detailed receipt can be provided with information about your visit should you decide to seek reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.  To the right you will find a worksheet that can help you to contact your insurance to explore how you may be reimbursed by your coverage plan.

Initial visit (1-2 hours): $200

Follow-up visit (~60-75 minutes): $120

Virtual visit (~60 minutes, only available for those in Michigan, Oregon, Washington, & California): $80

- This works GREAT for progressing and adjusting exercises postpartum, addressing bladder urgency/urge incontinence, and bowel issues!

- This also works great for other orthopedic concerns, such as shoulder pain, low back pain, hip pain, knee and ankle/foot pain. I am trained well in all of these diagnoses.

3 Follow-up visit package: $300

5 Follow-up visit package: $475

Pregnancy/Post-partum package (including 4 visits in second/third trimesters, and 4 visits post-partum): $780

A travel surcharge may be added to your cost if you are outside of a typical 30-minute drive to the Grants Pass area. This will be discussed prior to your first appointment.

*Referral Program*
If you refer 3 friends who book an initial evaluation with me, your first visit will be refunded 50% (a $100 value)!

Forms

New clients: Please print and fill out these forms PRIOR to your first appointment. I know that paperwork can take some extra time, but if you fill them out before I come in for the initial assessment, then I can spend more time listening to your story and discussing your care, making the appointment more efficient.
